Senior Centers

At our Multi-Purpose Senior Centers, we help area residents age 60 and over obtain services that help them continue to live independently and grow as individuals and parts of their communities.

Both of our centers are clean, cheery, comfortable, and easily accessible. In addition to education and socialization opportunities, a healthy, balanced lunch is available daily. We also provide opportunities for information services and referral advice, and offer non-therapeutic counseling to those with specific health issues.

But best of all, we find that our clients bring great energy and a real zest for life to both our Senior Centers. Our programs are growing, with activities such as:
• The "Silver Sneakers" exercise program that continues to add more exercise equipment in a newly refurbished facility on-site in Brookline
• Volunteer seniors who help with everything from our Weekly Farmers' Market Stand to working with students in child-care facilities
• We are open Monday through Friday year-round, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM in Brookline and from 9:00AM to 4:00PM in Overbrook. We believe we offer outstanding Senior Center programs at an affordable cost.

If you are interested in either of our Multi-Purpose Senior Centers, we would like to meet with you to show them to you. Please contact us to arrange an appointment, or simply fill out the Pre-Registration Form and we will contact you to set up a visit.
